2026-08-01: Audited all 59 unimplemented vp cards (3 identities among them) against their printed text (data/cache/all_cards.json). Zero cards audit as vanilla — every one carries a real ability, so game/cards_impl/vp.json is unchanged. The closest short-text candidates were checked individually and all have in-game behavior: 36013 Borrowed Goods (+1[mu] plus a conditional tag on install), 36063 Vulture Fund (gain 14[credit] and take 1 bad publicity — an operation effect, not a stat), 36007 Nurse Hạnh (faceup-trigger draw), 36027 Synchrocyclotron (double-operation click discount). All 3 identities have triggered or paid abilities (36009 Virtual Intelligence P.I. click ability, 36036 Méliès U flip identity, 36046 Editorial Division search trigger), every piece of ice has subroutines, and none of the 5 agendas is vanilla — each has score/steal/counter text — so no representative generic-scoring test was needed. vp remains 7/66 implemented, 59 missing; the vp sweep will implement all 59 with hooks and tests.
